Inspiring Your Future Wanderlust

We are living in such daunting times brought by the uncertainty of our lives including our safety when it comes to doing the things that bring so much joy in our hearts such as travelling. But that does not mean we are still hanging onto the memories of the places you have visited whilst day dreaming of the places we hope to go soon. While the situation is may have changed our mindset on travel, we shall truly value and appreciate our travel experiences and a chance to be one with the world and the environment around us. The feeling of being outside taking in the sights and sounds of nature, the comfort of walking at leisure, running, going to the gym, cycling, eating out different cuisine and socializing is what we all crave to do soon.

You will be out again doing those things you love. But for now, we encourage you to stay home, stay safe as we inspire your next wanderlust. We have put together six destinations we have presence, with the hope you feel more inspired to travel when that time our skies will be open again.

Kenya

This destination needs no introduction. Lauded as the only country in Africa with a national park in the heart of the city, to being home to some of the most celebrated athletes breaking outstanding world records and let’s not forget the bush and beach experience almost on every traveler’s list. The Great Annual Wildebeest Migration one of the New Wonders of the World takes place at the Maasai Mara Game Reserve where the crossing of thousands of Wildebeest happens between July through September. And this is not the only migration in Kenya- if you are lucky, the bird migration as well as whale migration is an experience to look forward to. One thing is certain though, you will fall in love with the amiable people and take home so much more than what you expected.

Lake Victoria Serena Golf Resort & Spa

Uganda

Also known as the “Pearl of Africa” because of its impeccable diverse beauty of its landscapes. This destination has fast earned its right in the world map as it has been frequented by the high and mighty of this world such as Queen Elizabeth II and the Duke of Edinburgh. While the city may be more inclined for business, the off-the-beaten tracks of Uganda have some of the most “bucket-list” experiences such as gorilla trekking in Bwindi National Park or White Water Rafting in Jinja.

Gorilla at Virunga National Park- Rwanda

Rwanda

“The Land of a Thousand Hills”, Rwanda has made several headlines that we are unable to keep up. This destination has done wonders with international destination marketing partnerships with Arsenal and more recently PSG. If the diverse landscapes are not enough, Rwanda’s capital is one of the cleanest cities in Africa and is bustling with so much history and culture. And if you are up for an adventure of a lifetime go in search of the endangered mountain gorillas at Virunga National Park.

Tree Climbing Lions in Serengeti National Park

Tanzania

A mix of bush and bush all wrapped in one? Yes, this is Tanzania. From vast lands that makes for some of the world’s most popular national parks, this destination is a must visit for any traveler who wants diverse safari experience. Broken down into Northern and Southern Circuit- the Northern circuit consists the world’s most famous national parks such Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire National Park and Lake Manyara National Park. The Southern Circuit gives those who would prefer less crowds to view wildlife and revel in nature in its untouched glory. We highly recommend you visit Selous Game Reserve as you will see all the Big Five in a much exclusive unperturbed experience. End your trip on a high note with a post safari R&R lounging on the idyllic beach of Zanzibar as you sip your favorite glass of cocktail while taking in breathtaking views of the ocean. Make sure you also visit the historic sites and indulge your taste buds in the most delectable local cuisine.

Zanzibar

The exotic island of Zanzibar remains one of the most enviable beach destinations in Africa. But the distinct architecture and rich history of Stone Town a World Heritage Site will linger in your memory long after the tan has faded. Stone Town Tours, Spice Tours, Prison Island Tours, and a visit to the newly opened Freddie Mercury Museum are some of the experiences not be missed. Sports and adventure enthusiasts will enjoy the diverse water sports available to partake.

Peri Peri Prawns at Polana Serena Hotel

Mozambique

Pristine beaches, beautiful tropical islands, fascinating history, diverse cultures, seafaring traditions, colonial-style architecture and fresh seafood only best describes Mozambique. This enigmatic destination offers endless experiences that are unfailingly rewarding for all kinds of travelers. Gourmands will particular enjoy the array of seafood available and our top pick would be the tantalizing “peri peri “prawns.

We may not be able to travel right now, but we can certainly inspire you to dream of your next vacation.
