Saturday 14th was a big day for Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge as they were presented with a SGS certificate. SGS stands for Societee Generale de Surveillance), a hospitality excellence program that aims to maintain high food safety and hygiene practices in hotels.
The auditors from SGS witnessed sincere dedication to food safety, management controls and continuous improvement at the lodge.
At hand to recieve the certificate was the Lodge manager James Odenyo accompanied by the chef Kore. The award was presented by Mr Ronald Watsiera, the lead hygiene auditor and Leah from SGS Kenya.
